mceTapiRex is a Caller ID addon for Windows Media Center that works with the Windows Caller ID application TapiRex.
When you are using your Media Center PC, you are promoted with caller information. It does not matter what you are doing in your MCE: if you are watching live tv, a dvd, listen to music, ...: mceTapiRex will show all incoming phone calls. mceTapiRex shows detailed information of the caller and the called device (if you have multiple devices/lines) and the image of the caller plus one freely configurable field of your data source (i.e. company, city, ...).
